  • Monday: 2pm – 7pm

  • We are now offering admissions for up to 2.5 hours of open play during our normal business hours. Please check our website, instagram or facebook for special event times when we are closed to the public.

  • Yes! Socks are required by ALL visitors, adults and children, even if you are not going on the playground equipment as we ask everyone to remove their shoes before entering. You may bring your socks from home and we have socks for purchase as well.

  • No reservations required! Just walk-in during our posted open play hours and purchase your admission for entry at the front desk. Please note that reservations ARE required for parties or birthday celebrations. Please see our admission rules for more info.

  • One adult per household is FREE. Each additional adult will be charged $4 per transaction

  • Party bookings can be made online, over the phone or in person. Please check our party bookings page for more info.

  • Once booked, cancellation and change fees may apply. Prior to 3 days of your party date, you may request a date change at no cost one time only. Any further changes will incur the following fees: prior to 3 days of your party, a $50 cancellation or change fee will apply for date change or party downgrade. Within 3 days of your party, a $100 cancellation or change fee will apply. Day of cancellations will result in no refund.

  • The entrance fee for the first child is $18.50. The entrance fee for siblings are $15.50. All children must be paid for in one transaction in order to receive the discounted price.

  • Yes, everyone entering the facility, must have a waiver. One household waiver must include all adults and children entering Playmazing. Waivers must be renewed every year.

  • Waivers must be renewed once a year. When on the waiver form page, simply enter your email address used for your waiver in the email address box and it will pull up your info to review and re-sign.

  • No outside food or drink is allowed unless you have a booked a party. We have packaged snacks and drinks for purchase. Reusable water bottles are allowed.

  • All transactions are final sale.

  • We accept cash, credit card, debit card and apple pay.

  • Yes! Gift cards can be purchased in store or by emailing playmazingav@gmail.com
